RSVP For Meets 

The purpose of RSVP of swimmers is to let the coaches know who will be swimming at the upcoming meet. You must RSVP as attending or not attending for every meet. It is important to RSVP by Tuesday at end of practice, to give coaches an opportunity to place your swimmer into their races for the meet each week. If you RSVP’d for a meet and find out later your swimmer won’t be there, please let the Coach know as soon as possible.

Steps to RSVP your Swimmer

1. Log onto your hmr.swimtopia.com account

2. Go to Home page

3. On the right side of home page, under Upcoming Events click  Meet Entry

4. Under Meet entry you will see your Swimmers names, 

Click EDIT  Choose: attending or not attending

Volunteer Sign Up

You will notice that under Upcoming Events there is also a link JOB SIGN UP. This is where parents will sign up for volunteer shifts.

Steps for JOB SIGN UP:

Log onto your hmr.swimtopia.com account

1.Go to Home Page

2.On the right side of the home page, under Upcoming Events, click JOB SIGN UP

3.Under Job sign up you will see your name, Click edit and choose your shift

Volunteer Point System

Our volunteer requirements have a point value system. We collect $500, in the form of a check, at registration as a volunteer deposit. Swim families are required to obtain six points in order to have their volunteer deposit returned at the end of the season (time trials is not a part of the 6 points as we need as many volunteers present for training purposes). A volunteer will receive points for shifts worked or jobs completed (1 point per shift/1 point per job).
